The Story
Each spring, the acacia trees on the hills of Kashmir burst into white blossom. Bees gather their nectar for only a few short weeks, and that is all the time we get. The honey is extracted gently, filtered only through cloth and packed without heating, so it keeps its natural taste. The result is a light, clear honey with a soft floral sweetness that does not overpower your tea.
